Subprocessors
NjangiMe uses a small number of service providers to deliver the platform. Each one processes personal data only on our instructions and for the purpose listed below.

Current subprocessors
Supabase — application database, authentication & hosting (EU/UK region)
Hosts the NjangiMe application, database and authentication. Processes account details, circle records and session data.
Stripe Payments Europe — card and bank transfer payments (Ireland/US)
Collects card and bank transfer contribution payments and subscription fees directly from payers. Processes payer name, email, payment amount and card or bank details. NjangiMe receives only payment status and references.
TrueLayer — FCA-authorised Open Banking data provider (UK/EEA)
Provides read-only bank balance and transaction information for accounts a circle chooses to connect. Processes account holder name, account identifiers and transaction data.
Resend — transactional email delivery (EU/US)
Sends verification, invitation, reminder and picking-day emails from notify.njangime.com. Processes recipient name, email address and message content.
Our commitments
We put a written data processing agreement in place with each subprocessor before it handles personal data, require appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA.
Cloudflare provides edge delivery, TLS and web application firewall protection for njangime.com and processes only connection metadata such as IP address. Lovable hosts the application runtime.
We will update this page before adding a new subprocessor that handles personal data. Circle admins who need a data processing agreement with NjangiMe, or the identity of a specific provider for a due-diligence review, can request one at info@njangime.com.
